Public Comment on NorthMet Draft Air Permit  

 

Comments will be accepted through March 16, 2018. The legal public notice, including the draft air permit is available: here

 

Please be advised:

Comments on the NorthMet Draft Air Permit will be accepted through March 16, 2018.

Comments related to the MPCA’s draft water quality permit and the draft 401 certification should be submitted on the comment forms specific to those permits, accessible through the State PolyMet permitting portal here

Comments related to the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) authorities and draft permit to mine should be provided directly to the DNR, accessible through the permitting portal here

All comments will become part of the public record of the NorthMet Draft Air Permit.

Comments submitted during the public comment period are considered public data under the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act.

Comments submitted through this online system will not be visible to other commenters.
